Coaching for Social Workers

This coaching is designed for US-trained social workers who are looking to move abroad and transition into the world of international schools. Whether you’re exploring the idea or actively preparing applications, I support you with both the practical and emotional sides of making an international move—career clarity, navigating school systems, preparing for cultural transitions, and building a life that actually feels sustainable overseas.
I’ve made this transition myself—moving from working as a therapist in a Seattle public school to providing counseling in private international schools, first in Brazil and now in Switzerland. I also shared more about this journey on a podcast with The Traveling Therapist, for those who want a fuller picture of what this path can look like in real life.
