I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (Washington State, USA) and have been licensed to practice independently since 2011. With over a decade of post-licensure experience, I am qualified to provide clinical supervision to social workers working toward independent licensure in Washington State.

My approach to supervision is relational and collaborative, with a focus on supporting both clinical skill development and reflective practice. I aim to create a space where you can deepen your confidence, explore your clinical voice, and grow in a way that feels authentic to you.

I have a particular interest in working with social workers whose practice is international in scope, or who are navigating questions of culture, identity, and working across systems and contexts. I bring an appreciation for the complexity of practicing across cultures, and support clinicians in integrating this awareness into their work in thoughtful and grounded ways.
